What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the daily operations of the CRM team, managing workloads, priorities, and delivery timelines across BAU and campaign activity.
- Act as the final QA checkpoint for all CRM communications, ensuring the right message reaches the right customer, at the right time.
- Review and re-document CRM processes (including approvals and governance), creating clear, user friendly documentation.
- Work with internal stakeholders to embed new ways of working and drive accountability across teams.
- Ensure adherence to Consumer Duty requirements, including process compliance and testing.
- Progress several paused or complex CRM projects, such as IP warm-up, triggered/automated journeys, onboarding and lifecycle communications, and exploring new channels like push notifications.
- Collaborate closely with the Data Team on data and scenario dictionaries and ongoing Bloomreach development work.
- Manage the relationship with Bloomreach to ensure full utilisation and optimisation of platform capabilities.
- Support and upskill newer team members, building confidence and capability in Bloomreach and CRM best practice.
About You:
- You’re an experienced Bloomreach user or subject matter expert who can hit the ground running and train others.
- You have previous experience in financial services or another regulated environment.
- You’re process driven, methodical, and take pride in getting the details right.
- You’re a confident people manager who enjoys developing individuals and creating structure within teams.
- You have strong communication skills and can engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and improvement.
